These terms govern your use of freshwater.so and any purchases made from Fresh Water Collectibles, operating from Koramangala, Bengaluru, India. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
freshwater.so is a marketplace for trading cards, graded slabs, sealed product, and related collectibles. Items listed are sold by Fresh Water Collectibles directly, or by verified third-party sellers consigning through us. Each listing clearly indicates its seller.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is found to be unavailable, mispriced, or if there is a suspected fraudulent transaction. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
For in-store pickups, you'll receive a pickup code. Items are held for 48 hours after notification. After that, the hold may be released.
Every item sold directly by Fresh Water Collectibles is represented to the best of our knowledge as described. Graded cards carry their original third-party grading certificates (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) which are the authoritative statement of grade and authenticity.
For third-party seller items marked "Verified seller · Guaranteed authentic," Fresh Water Collectibles has inspected the item before listing. If an item is found to be inauthentic after purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
We want you to be confident in what you buy. If an item arrives significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll either arrange a return and full refund, or a replacement if stock allows.

We ship within India via our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the courier. We strongly recommend insuring high-value shipments — contact us before ordering if you'd like to arrange additional coverage.
The Gen 1 Membership is a loyalty programme. Store credit earned through purchases (1.51% back) has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is applied against future purchases on freshwater.so. We reserve the right to modify the membership programme with reasonable notice to members.
Droplets are a secondary loyalty currency with no cash value. Their utility (perks, redemptions) will be defined as the feature is built. Droplets are not transferable and expire if your account is closed.
Membership numbers are permanent and non-transferable. They do not represent ownership of any equity, asset, or entitlement beyond what is described in the membership benefits at the time you join.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your profile username becomes public at freshwater.so/p/username — choose it accordingly. Don't impersonate other people, use offensive usernames, or attempt to claim usernames belonging to others.
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Fresh Water Collectibles, the Fresh Water logo, Dino mascot, and site design are owned by Fresh Water Collectibles. Pokémon, One Piece, and all other franchise names and imagery belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify the products we sell, not to claim affiliation or endorsement.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Fresh Water Collectibles' liability for any claim arising from use of freshwater.so or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and, for significant changes, by email to members. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
